MOON is seeking a highly-skilled, versatile, and talented Executive Assistant in an exciting utility role with variety and dimension. As Executive Assistant, you'll assist in managing CEO's calendars and other executive tasks as needed and preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents. In addition, you'll participate in meetings and provide general administrative support.

At MOON, you will:
  • Proactively create & manage travel itineraries, coordinate arrangements for the executive team, plan and executing team company activities, including offsite and social events, product launches, and PR tasks as needed
  • Facilitate administrative tasks like billing, reporting, invoicing, candidate paperwork, contract review, and other human-resource-related tasks
  • Compile data across departments as needed and creating reports, both reoccurring and ad hoc
  • Ability to work independently and with a team on multiple projects, manage multiple calendars at once
  • Manage CEO's schedules and appointments, rearranging commitments and provide general administrative support and drive special projects as they arise
  • Maintain the utmost discretion in a high-trust environment while working through highly confidential information

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in office management or related field in a fast pace high-growth B2C consumer product, marketing, and technology companies
  • High-energy, creative problem solver with proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Experience in creating executive, sales, marketing presentations, composing tweets, social posts, writing blogs, website content, datasheets, press releases, and other communications
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Discretion about private and confidential matters
  • Willing to help out and doesn't mind random requests
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or military experience
