You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your original purchase to return a MOON UltraLight product.  The MOON UltraLight product carry a 30-Day Risk Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact MOON via the website Contact Page to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the purchase date. Once an RMA number has been assigned to you, you are then responsible to ship the product back to MOON at 3310 W Braker Ln., BLDG II STE 300 #655, Austin, TX 78758. Once the product has been received by MOON, a credit will be issued. Please note that MOON will not issue refunds for orders that are returned without an RMA or are returned after the 30-Day Risk Free Trial period has expired. Please keep all receipts and delivery notices on file. For refunds, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please refer to the MOON Warranty for any returns due to defects in manufacture or workmanship.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

To have us check your card balance, click on 'Card Balance on the Help Center page, fill out your information, and send you your balance.

Can I combine Gift cards towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes. You can use your gift card until the balance gets to zero.

How does the Ultra Gift Card Work?

Gift cards will be emailed to you. You can print it out or forward it with a personal note. To use the gift card, enter the gift card code, provided in the email, during the checkout process.

How can I change my order?

  1. After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit your order. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us form with the details for the correct item(s) as soon as possible. Please include "update" and your order number in the subject line of your email. Our team may be able to help update your order.
  2. Orders tend to ship the same day, so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to update your order before it ships. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
  3. Once shipped, unfortunately it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order.

How do I cancel my order?

  1. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please fill out our contact form with the word "cancel" as well as your order number in your message. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F 9am-5pm CST. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
  2. Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t take phone or email orders at this time.


Can I get a gift receipt/wrapping with my Order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift receipts or gift wrapping for your order at this time. We're working on it!


Where do I enter my coupon code?

When a coupon code is available, the section to enter a code will be available on the checkout page.


How can I change my shipping address?

  1. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and include your order number, full name and new address. Orders tend to ship the same day and once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
  2. Even if your order has not shipped yet, it may still be too late to make any updates to your order.
  3. Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, or cancel the order. You'll need to wait until your shipment arrives and is returned to sender.

How long will my MOON last on a full charge?

Once fully charged, your MOON UltraLight will last 2-3 days with intermittent usage. If your UltraLight is being used continuously or in Video Mode, it will last 2-3 hours.

Can I adjust the color tone on MOON?

Yes, MOON can be adjusted from 2700K Tungsten color tone (warm) to 5000K Daylight color tone (cool)

What devices can I clip MOON to?

MOON UltraLight is able to fit devices 6mm - 10mm thick, which includes most smartphones (including cases), tablets, and laptops. The clip can also be adjusted to fit thinner or thicker devices.
